This has a rugged foam top and rubber bottom- a plus over the cheaper cases.

Used this for snorkeling in Hawaii. Kept everything dry and took the worry out of leaving valuables on the beach while in the water for hours.

got this for kyacking so it didn't need to be superwater proof to crazy depths, tried an ozark trail brand one and it leaked, have a pelican and it leaked which was extremely disappointing,(also the new product line isn't usa made and still has the USA made price) i didn't really understand why it was so hard for a box to be watertight, 5 cent water and pop bottles are, and i just needed my cigarettes to stay completely dry and wanted something that would float and could be tied to my kyack for my phone and this has been awesome keep it tied to my seat and it holds my very large phone(s21 ultra in an otterbox) pack of cigarettes lighter all nice safe and dry.

Will just fit a note 9 with a defender otterbox case. I strapped it to the side of my jobsite radio because its top tray is too small for my note 9. Works great. Been thrown around for 2 or 3 months on the jobsite constantly. shows practically no wear. I turned the radio on its side an sat on it once. made an alright seat. Definitely waterproof which is a must. I finally took the sticker off the front that has the name and model off, it was really scratched up. But the box doesnt really show any wear. Would definitely buy it again.

Long time OtterBox user, had a lower profile version for over 10 years before a runover with the 68 Chevelle finally met its demise. Initially didn't care for the larger (deeper) model, however it has served my travel and sealing needs just fine. Until a warm summer day that I retrieved the box from the car, finding that the upper seal melted itself to the bottom, and pulled the waterproof seal partially out. With the additional stretch, the seal now is now not fully seated in the seal channel.A few weeks later (6 months into use, including a lengthy roadtrip and a number of outdoor hikes with the doggo) one of the clips broke.Currently on the phone with Warranty 9minutes and 18 seconds into an expected 10 minute wait time - will update ya'll with results.

Put this box in my buggy. Have been in plenty water and mud and has never leaked.

I have always used Otterbox Defender phone cases , so I am familiar with their robust products. When this drybox arrived, I had to pry it apart, it was sealed that well. I was able to place a Samsung Galaxy s10+ enclosed in an Otterbox Defender phone case , the one with that large belt clip they come with, inside with plenty of room for a S&W 380 Bodyguard handgun, spare magazine, and a keyfob. The lid was able to close without resistance. Much better case than the pelican. Well done, thank you for making a quality secure product worth the cost of goods

This has to be one of my favorite Amazon purchases ever... I get so much use out of this little box! I use this when I'm camping or doing any type of water activity. We love kayaking in the summer and I can't count how many times this box has saved my stuff. I keep my wallet, keys, jewelry, a lighter and my cell phone in here with room to spare. If it falls in the water, it stays floating right on top. When I'm not using it for camping or outdoor activities, it makes for a very 420 friendly box. No smell and it fits everything perfectly compact. I can't recommend this product enough. Get one... you won't regret it!

A great water proof box with small lock capabilities I used for travel to Asia I used it to store money and credit cards with two suitcase locks and out in hotel room safe or just locked in my luggage as an extra layer of security while travelling. The money is then out of easy accessibility while going thru airport security scanners or in hotel safes . No one would know what’s inside the boxI have never used a box like this ever but it added a sense of security to my cash whenever I took it. Small enough to throw in your small backpack for day trips u could also store room keys or anything small

I went back on forth wether to get this or a pelican, ultimately this won as a large phone as a samsung note or apple plus inside a otterbox style case will not fit into the pelicans but fits into the otterbox drybox nicely. Some revies complaining about leakage i would assume for the most part have overfilled there box compromising the seal.

I bought this box for my ATV maps and papers, this is a great little box and will keep my stuff dry. It is big enough to fit my maps and papers, and even my wallet and keys in it! I recommend this Dry Box and I am very happy with my purchase!
