Excellent Parboiled Brown Rice!
I was looking for a substitute for Uncle Ben’s Parboiled Brown Rice but couldn’t find either anywhere, until I found this gem. I was very skeptical of the texture, taste & quality, but I was pleasantly surprised after trying it. Even my mum (who is very picky) gobbled it up no problem. It’s expensive, but definitely recommend.

World's Best Brown Rice
This is my 3rd Bad of Rice in 3 years. It's the best Brown Rice I've ever had. White rice eaters don't even know the difference when I use it in recipes. Please don't ever go out of Business.

Not recommended for canning
It's ok so far but had to lessen my canning time to 8 minutes if not it turned into gook

Good rice for canning
I canned several quarts of this rice just to see how it would turn out. I rinsed the rice five times to remove a lot of the starch. Then I added 1 cup of the rice to a quart canning jar, filled the jar with water, and cooked it in my pressure canner at 15 PSI for 15 minutes. Now we have rice by just opening a jar.

Parboiled Brown Rice Is Hard to Find, and This One is Delicious.
I don't usually write reviews, but this is the best rice I have found. I have a 1000-watt microwave and I cook one cup of rice in a covered 2-quart casserole dish as follows: 5 minutes on high and then 25 minutes on 50% power. Comes out wonderful every time.
