Perfect Pasta on the First Try!
This flour blend is fantastic! I made perfect pasta the very first time I tried it. The proportions and directions were so clear and easy to follow—I ended up with amazing homemade fettuccine that tasted like it came from a restaurant. I’m genuinely so impressed. I will never use anything else for fresh pasta. Highly recommend for anyone who wants foolproof, delicious, homemade pasta with minimal fuss!

A wonderful pasta flour mix
Perfect mix of regular flour and semolina with a super fine and uniform grind. Pasta comes out with great texture and taste every time. The premix is also well mixed so the final pasta is uniform too. Huge plus that I only need to store 1 bag instead of two.

Not a flours are the same for pasta~
I bought this because I did not know better. This is a general pasta dough. it's not the choice for ravioli. My sweet Italian friend told me what to do, and I said, "But... but...but... but that is not what the recipes say." LOL. She was right. This is more for rough pasta, hand-cut, and not the ideal one for ravioli. I will use it for that and always use AP flour for my ravioli! Thanks, Joan!

It is easy to make pasta with this flour because the two kinds of flour needed are already mixed
This works perfectly for making pasta in my Philips Viva Compact Pasta Maker without having to mix and measure out semolina and all-purpose flours for my recipes. See photos of pasta being made with this flour. Also, the current price of $12.99 seems reasonable enough as an online price. Note that I refrigerate this flour to keep bugs from developing.
