Missing parts. No instructions.
The item came without accessories that are supposed to be included: “Cutting Guider” and “Pipe Groover.” Also, comes with only 1 bendable ribbon blade. New ones are $19. Disappointing.

Missing Components
Tried Twice - needed to return both. The item comes in a decent plastic molded case, with spots for everything to be stored. But not everything was there. It was missing the Pipe groover blade/accessory and the cutting guider. A look on line doesn't even show those available separately. Going with a different brand.

Boo!!! This NEW product came used with missing parts and screws! I unfortunately am unable to use it 👎
