Ugh
I eat a lot of porridge every morning before work, not keen at all on the texture or taste of these. Threw them away

Proper crunchy granola + chocolate!
This is a great for breakfast on the go or a snack boost but do yourself and the environment a favour and just by the full size cereal box of this! This is suitable for vegans if you have it with a non-dairy milk (I use the Alpro high protein soya milk)

The "protein" is plant protein from soy.
The protein used in this is plant protein from soy, which is known to lower testosterone as it is a phytoestrogen. If you're a male hoping to use this as a cheap way to get protein for your workout in the morning, don't bother. It's a net loss. A lot of "protein" products are the same. Just eat eggs and unprocessed meat. Tuna, chicken, and leaner cuts of red meat if you prefer that.
