I used it as a replacement holder and it worked well

The housings are used in a basic setup under the kitchen sink. The tubing in the pic is used for refilling large bottles for a water dispenser. There was a leakage problem with the original housings and when I contacted iSpring, they responded quickly. Sean called me and after I explained what was happening, he had a new set sent to me. Sean even followed up the phone call immediately with an email. The new set of housings work flawlessly. Thank you Sean for your excellent customer service! I highly recommend iSpring to anyone who needs a water filtration system.

Been using this for last 3 years and extremely happy with the quality of product. recently I noticed a water leak and when checking identified that the 1st stage filter has a crack on canister and needs replacement. The replacement I ordered was the latest version and did not fit properly, when I called customer care NICK went above and beyond to offer the required help and fix my issue. Huge shoutout to the great customer service experience I had.

Ich habe schon seit ca. 20 Jahren mit diesen Wasserfiltern zu tun, und eigentlich hasse ich es, diese Filter zu wechseln, weil es immer wieder ein Problem ist, diese Gehäuse dicht zu bekommen! Nachdem ich mit meinem Giltergehäuse wieder dieses Problem hatte, und auch mit Basteln von Silikon-Dichtungen nichts geholfen hat, habe ich diese Gehäuse gekauft. Die Konstruktion ist VIEL BESSER, da der Dichtgummi gleichmäßig von oben und unten zusammengebracht wird, anstatt an der Außenwand durch die Verschraubung gepresst wird. Die Gehäuse sind scheinbar sofort dicht, selbst wenn man sie von Hand anzieht. Auch scheinen die Wechselfilter (Kohle und Sedimentfilter) besser zu passen. Ich werde mir nun noch ein drittes Gehäuse kaufen!
