The taste is a little tart, but it is a viable alternative to sodas relative to cost per box, pure hydration, and of course being healthier. I am on my feet all day in a hospital environment and drinking the packets everyday has reduced my tiredness.

These packets are a nice amount for my large water bottle. They add a perfect amount of flavor. Of course you could adjust the amount of water/powder to your liking. Nice smooth taste.
