Can you use this with liquid liner? Or does it smear it?

I use it with liquid liner. I let the liner set for just a second before lifting the stencil away. Then, I'm careful to pull it directly away from the liner, not let it drag over the line at all. But, yes, you can blur the line with the stencil.
