Heavy duty. Perfect for what I needed.
These are heavy duty. You can really crank them to get your cables tight.

Very sturdy.
Very happy with these They are 6 inches long when in the fully retracted position, and they can extend out to about 9 inches or so. Good, robust tensioners. Don't know how rust resistant they are, but I'll find out. For now, definitely recommended.

Works good and plenty strong
Works good and plenty strong. The turnbuckles will hold unless there is lots of vibration. It will vibrate and loosen over time. Keep an eye on it or use thread locker if you don't need to remove it.

Quality varies.
I purchased multiple sets to use on a solar power array. The first few set worked perfect. The last set, although visibly the same, distorted slightly sideways under 60 pounds of compressive pressure. I switched the unit out with another, but it still did the same. The only thing that comes to mind is that the 304 stainless wasn't as strong. In future projects I will use these as well.

They seem to work
I've been using these to hang 20lb acoustic panels (3 hooks per panel) and they seem to be holding great! They have been hard to put in for my installation since the hook part is so long but once they are in, they are in and you don't need to worry about them slipping out.
