Ritual multivitamin for women over 50…Easy to swallow. The taste of mint is strong. Do not leave in mouth too long because the taste of mint is strong. I did not like.

Easier to swallow because of the Mint Essence
This product is one of the best vitamins I have ever taken. It is easy to take because of the nice taste from the Mint Essence that has been added to this vitamin. No stomach irritations or other issues since beginning this product. I was concerned about the cost at first but the price reflects the quality and higher end product this vitamin is. Purity and effectiveness of this product is worth the slightly higher cost compared to other vitamins. I will continue to order this product monthly and to see how my blood tests reflect the positive results from my low vitamin D3.

My go to Multi
This is my go to Multi vitamin as a 50 year old active mama. I love that it has Omega 3 in a fashion that does not kill me. Most upset my stomach but this one is so good. I store mine in the freezer to help even more.Love the subtle mint flavor that makes it nice too.It is a little pricey but if you do further research on Ritual, it is a quality product .Prioritize your health!

Tastes like spoiled fish
Have taken for 2 days and can't stop burping spoiled fish tasting burps. It's disgusting.

Ritual’s multivitamin
Love these vitamins. I haven’t noticed any change however has everything I need in 2 pills. it’s easy to swallow specially with the minty flavor. Have not recognize any fishy after taste. I do need to take with food and lots of water. On empty stomach makes me nauseous.

Mixed review
Although these contain clean ingredients, I had the fishy ‘burping’ about a hour after taking & many hours afterwards. It does have a minty smell & taste going down. I don’t think I’ll reorder & not sure I’ll finish the bottle, but every one’s body is made different & some may have no after effects at all.

They do the job!
I've tried many different types of vitamins, so far, these are the best! I like the mint flavor and they are very easy on my stomach.
