Soil (True Books: Natural Resources) (A True Book (Second Series))

I ordered a set of six to use for a guided reading group in my second grade classroom. This book fits our soil unit perfectly. The writing is at grade level but includes appropriate advanced vocabulary specific to the subject matter. I wanted this book so I could integrate our science unit into my literacy block and it was a great choice. The book is interesting and the kids really enjoyed reading it. The group that read it with me loved the extra information they knew and other kids asked to read the book when we were done!

This is a good resources for a study of soil.

I thought this book is a very good and meaningful but it’s too simple with the very low content I recommend this book who want to have imago about the soil I have bachelor in soil science so I know more about soil
