Q: There're only a couple mentions of using it on the tongue and I have repeated horrible bouts of canker sores on my tongue. How's it work?

I have been using this product for years in my tongue, gum, etc. It's the only thing that works. It takes the pain away within minutes. It's not a cure, since the sores are due to a virus, but it def makes the healing process less painful. I needed to buy it online bc I couldn't find it on stores and I was frustrated my husband would buy me other things that didn't work. Try it. I'm sure you will like it. Just a FYI, the flavor and feeling are funny but it's worth it.

Q: Will this work on lip or cheek bites? I sometimes bite my lip which causes swelling and pain (and frequently another bite).

Yes, not sure about lips but definitely if you accidentally bit the inside of your cheek, apply it and that soothing sensation will help you for a little while
