i bought this mat 4 months ago to use inside my door entrance from outside, and it is still going strong. i vacuum it several times a week, have a maine coon that lounges on it daily, and trod on it with dirty shoes throughout the day. i have been very surprised at how well it has held up over time, with only a slight dulling of the colors and a few loose threads (see pictures, taken february 2018; mat purchased september 2017). so essentially i have treated it about as roughly as possible; i imagine it would still look nearly new if used in a kitchen or bathroom. it is really beautiful and not cheap-looking at all, which i was initially afraid would be the case. the mat is super soft yet has not been torn apart by daily use with shoes. i recommend it as a mat for anywhere indoors (i.e. kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). it has a very versatile yet unique look that i think would look good just about anywhere.

It’s beautiful in person. A tad bit smaller than a standard bah mat but I have a small bathroom and it fits perfectly. Also feel like it’s good quality for the price. If you want something thicker, bigger, etc. then fork out the extra money.

Very small and not as vibrant and breathtaking as the photo suggests. But hey, it's a mat, can't really expect too much I guess. Would not re-purchase.

Ordered Color #19. Got a purple mat instead that is not very pleasant to look at. Very thin, cheaply made. Would not recommend.
