My OLEVS watch fell apart and quit working. The manufacturer's warranty states that they will cover their product for 24 months. I contacted OLEVS, who responded that they do not provide repairs, support, or warranty for their products sold through Amazon. Yet, on the Amazon site for the product, it has, "For support, click here." When a person clicks on the support link it takes you directly to the OLEVS company website. I am highly disappointed with OLEVS's complete refusal to stand by their warranty. The customer service and respect for their consumer were highly disappointing!

I actually do like the watch and have received multiple compliments at work about it. However, it came with the buttons unfinished for some reason and the "leather" strap peeling. Keeps good time and functions well though. Just minor quality control issues.
