Great beach chair
I saw some negative reviews and was hesitant to purchase 2 of these chairs. I am glad I did. They are great beach chairs. Agree that the back could be a little taller as when you sit all the way up, the head rest area is a little low for comfort. But when you recline it back as I usually do hanging on the beach, it is fine and head rests where it is designed to. Seat is a little wider than the standard beach chair. Which, in todays world of people being bigger than we used to be, the extra room is great. Easy to carry and good quality materials used. The velcro pouch closure is not adequate to keep pouch closed. simple to fix with adding some more velcro. not a big deal. Overall a great, comfortable, well made, beach chair. Highly recommend.

Easy in and out due to height
A little big to carry on my back (Im 5'3) but love the size & height for anyone with issues sitting in low chairs. Easy to get in and out of!

GREAT BEACH CHAIR
THIS ITEM IS OF GREAT QUALITY. WE HAVE BOUGHT THIS TOMMY BAHAMA CHAIR YEARS AGO AND NEEDED TO REPLACE IT. THE COLOR IS VIBRANT, THE SEAT IS COMFORTABLE, AND IT IS EASY TO SIT IN AND GET OUT OF. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO PURCHASE THIS AGAIN.

Buyer beware!
I have several of the regular T. Bahama beach chairs and love them. I was looking for the same thing but only a little higher. This is not at shown online. These do not have the two back pouches (like the regular TB chairs) like shown. Instead it has a big, loose pouch that doesn't close, just hangs open if you put anything in it. It's barely 12" high at the front of the seat, not much better on my knees than the regular 9" seat. It is extra wide and bulky, not easy to carry on your back. The worst part is the material. Nothing like the regular TB chair. This material is stiff and noisy, making noise every time you move in the chair - not a good thing! It is very disapointing that the online pictures don't match what I received. Obviously going back. Not up to T Bahama standards and definitely not worth the price.
