Not that I’ve seen. You can use any lock though.

Q: Can I get this without the lock ?

Bauer Products sells a different design of hasp where you use your own lock. Simple, and costs less that $15

These are the exact parts I received. Are very stout and would be ushering them had my tank frames been built differently.

Q: Can this be bought without the padlock?

No. The lock is a good one though and you can set your own combo.
