This stuff works great!
I used this for a 240 square foot patio made of 1 foot pavers. Put down 3 - 4 inches of decomposed granite and used a plate compactor (rented from HD) to make sure it was solid. Then a 1 inch layer of sand to set the pavers. Set them in and lightly tamped them in. Just left a 1/8 inch gap between the pavers. They felt "loose" when walking on them, even though the base was very firm, they'd move slightly when walking. I had planned on using another brand of poly sand, but when I looked at the instructions, the stuff available locally said it was for 1/4 inch or larger gaps. I found this Dominator Polymeric sand at Amazon, it had good reviews, and said it could be used for 1/8 gaps. So I bought the 45 lb bucket. Installation was pretty simple: Spread the sand over the pavers, then sweep it into the gaps. I used a 24" push broom with fairly still bristles. Keep spreading sand and sweeping until the gaps are full. I found that going across the gaps at an angle worked best. When the gaps are full, sweep the excess off. Then use a leaf blower to get the remaining dust. Use the leaf blower LIGHTLY so you don't blow the sand out of the gaps! Following the instructions, I used a hose set on shower to spray small sections (about 8x10) at a time. Spray for 15 - 20 seconds until water just starts to pool on the sand, then stop and wait about 30 seconds. Then spray it a second time. It only took about 5 minutes to do my 240 square feet. I again used a leaf blower to blow any sand residue off the top of the pavers. To be honest, I don't think that made a difference on my concrete pavers, as I used the Titanium color, which perfectly matched the pavers. I don't think I did a good job with the second round of blowing, but there are no stains anywhere. That's it. Done. And when walking on the pavers immediately afterwards, they were SOLID! The sand was still wet, but this stuff really locked the pavers into place! And the next day, after the sand had cured more, it was even more solid. The stuff sets up almost like a good silicone sealant; it's flexible, but it's kinda glues the pavers together. I had about a 1/4 inch gap around the perimeter of the pavers, between the pavers and the aluminum edging I used, and (about 2 weeks later) you can press your finger into those spots and it's still kind of flexible. Solid, but flexible. It feels like it'll stay that way for years. And the pavers don't move around - at all! We moved our patio furniture onto it, and use it daily. The 45 lb bucket was just enough to do our 240 square foot patio with 12 inch paver with 1/8 inch gaps. And I mean just barely. If you have bigger gaps or smaller pavers, you'd need more. Yes, it's fairly expensive compared to the kind at the big box stores, but it's worth every penny. If you're doing pavers, don't even think about getting something else - this stuff is awesome!

An easy and excellent option
I was unable to find the Permasand product from Sakrete and so opted for this product. It’s perfect in color and in performance.

Works as intended!!
I bought other concrete crack stuff before and it cracked right away and did not work. This on the other hand was extremely easy to use, not only that it has worked exactly like it was supposed to. There is no cracking and it is hard as a rock. Will definitely be buying and using again.

Super fine. Worked well in yard in betweenconcrete. Need to do papers next. I gave 4 stars because I ordered charcoal gray. Mine looks light gray. Charcoal should be dark.

Fills cracks better, keeps weeds/ants out, and prevents shifting
I hate when weeds grow through the openings between pavers on my walkway, and I hate even more when ants build tall mounds that seem to appear overnight. That’s why I decided to try this product—and I’m glad I did. Yes, it was about twice as expensive as what I usually get from the big box store, but it’s much better quality and worth the extra cost. The grain is finer, and once watered in, it solidifies better than the cheaper brands. This makes a big difference because if the sand between your pavers gets washed out, the stones will eventually start shifting—especially if your walkway is on a hill. Some extra details that may help others: The color match is excellent for light grey pavers. One bag covered my pathway (3 feet wide by 30 feet long). There is some dust when pouring, but no more than normal. Follow the directions carefully for best results. Since this comes in just a bag, you cannot store leftovers—moisture from the air will ruin it (speaking from experience). Only buy what you need. I usually refill the cracks every 5 years to keep things neat and stable. Overall, this product does a better job of keeping weeds and ants out, looks nicer, and keeps my walkway solid. Worth the investment if you want your pavers to last.

I don't see that this will last and ants can get through it.
Ants can chew up through this as you can see the black long hole in my photo number 2. When I prepped the area, I did not see any ants or I would have gotten rid of them beforehand. Other problems I see: 1) I was hoping this would last awhile but you can see little bits of sand coming off of the top in photo 1 2) dirt that gets on it, seems to cling to it which mean soon weeds will find it 3) sweeping it does not work well with the dirt problem and loose sand But it does look nice and application is easy - however, the prep work is so time-consuming that if it doesn't last, I will be very disappointed to have to do it all over again.

As advertized but not guaranteed to get a perfect finish
Overall, the product seems to have done what it claims. The sand hardened very quickly after application of water with a sprayer. Here are a few points that others may find helpful. I ordered Titanium "grey". I expected it to be a medium grey. It is a touch greyer than pure white. This is neither what in expected nor what I wanted. But I didn't want to send back 90lb of sand, and I don't know when I would have another opportunity to be rain free for a couple of days. So I tried it anyway. It really is way too white. Despite following the directions and watching the videos about a dozen times, I was unable to get all the dust off of my pavers without the leaf blower blowing most of the sand and dust out of the spaces I was trying to fill. As such, I have an uneven white film on my pavers. I expect it will fade with use, but it is something to keep in mind. My pavers aren't sealed and I bet if they were, then this wouldn't have been as much of a problem. I didn't know that we had ants under some of our pavers until the next morning when there were ant holes poking through some of the joints. Those bugs sure can dig! Our patio has a slight decline outwards from the house, unfortunately when I showered the pavers/joints with water, some of the sand washed downhill. I watched it happen and I tried to compensate when I ran the leaf blower over pavers for the last step. Unfortunately, I couldn't get most of it to run off of the patio. So the joints at the bottom of the slope are overfilled and don't look super nice. It wouldn't be a problem if the color weren't the wrong shade. Last notes... it took far longer than I expected to go through the process of installation (several hours for a ~150sqft patio. It is probably comparable to other products, but I underestimated it. You also need a good face mask (breathing) and eye goggles for installation because it is an incredibly dusty process. Overall, I am reasonably satisfied with the product.
