I have lost both foam earpads so the whole thing is now in my drawer as this headset is very uncomfortable without them... Sennheiser what about some glue holding them on???

Quick delivery good quality sound

I needed to replace my beloved Sennheiser PC8 headset because it was falling apart and my Mac no longer works well with USB-B headsets, even if you use a converter, after the Sonoma update. These were the next step up and have a USC-C connection. I am really unhappy with them. With my Sennheiser, my voice sounded clear and rich--people were always asking what mic I used! Now my voice sounds far away and tinny. I've listened to audio recordings of my meetings and the quality is terrible. I thought I had a big head, but maybe not since they are always slipping down, even though I have them adjusted properly. The only upside is the comfort factor. If they were not slipping down, I could see myself wearing them all day. The sound is fine, but not something you'd want if you spend a lot of time gaming. Overall, I am really disappointed and won't be buying from this company again!

Headset für Homeoffice mit guter Sound- und. Bedienqualität, längerem Kabel und USB-Anschluss. Nach knapp 2 Jahren lösen sich allerdings die Ohrmuscheln mit schwarzen "Krümeln" auf. Das ist für den Premiumhersteller leider enttäuschend

Très très bien, pratique, et surtout un son excellent, digne de Sennheiser.

Worst product.

Zunächst einmal, das Teil tut was es soll. Der Kopfhörer und Mikrofon sind gut und klar verständlich. Neben Telefonaten höre ich aber hin und wieder aber auch Musik über den PC. Und mal ganz ehrlich.......überhaupt kein Bass. Da klingen manche 20 € Kopfhörer besser. Vielleicht bin ich auch etwas durch meine Beats verwöhnt, aber ein klein wenig mehr hätte es schon sein können.
