I've emailed from their contact form on their website, I sent a message to their tiktok and I sent a message to their IG with no response. I purchased this about 10/11 months ago and last week the lights just stopped working. I always kept it in a cool and dry place and charged it when needed. It doesn't matter if I charge it or not, they lights will flash on and then right back off. They have a 1 year warranty which is coming up and I'm starting to wonder if that's why I'm not getting a response from them so the warranty can lapse. I loved this mask, used it all the time, but paying this amount for something that didn't even last a year and then getting no response from their customer service is very disheartening. I'll update my review if I ever hear back from them about this. When I sent the email I only requested a replacement, not a refund, so this is so bizarre that they're not responding.

If you’re new to red light therapy and you want something that’s quick, easy, and convenient I highly recommend this mask. Originally I started off with the Solawave Red Light Therapy Wand and results were good but overtime it started to feel like a chore since you have to physically move the wand across your face for at least 10 minutes. Eventually I ended up retiring it. Compared to the wand, this mask is super convenient! You just put it on, press the button, and relax for 10 or 20 minutes. The straps are comfortable and adjustable so it’s possible to wear the mask with your hair tied up or wrapped in towel. No issues with the eye, nose, or mouth slits; the opening is wide enough to drink water through a straw but not enough for eating. After 10 days of consistent use, 4x’s a week, 10 minutes each session, I would say I noticed an improvement in my overall complexion. My face is brighter and my dark spots less noticeable. Results from long term use seem very promising

For the price of this product, I expected it to work for many years. The wire became faulty and it’s not removable so there’s no way to replace it. I was always very careful with it and used once every 2-3 months. I’m disappointed this happened. I also bought my mom this mask and she had the same problem. $600+ down the drain.

Super easy to put on with the adjustable straps and I love multitasking while wearing it. I’m seeing noticeable difference in my skin appearance (plump, hydrated, reduced finelines). You’ll see improvement in texture and skin tone in just about a month and also notice brightness in complexion. Overall a 5 star product in terms of design, comfort, battery life, and effectiveness :)

Edit: nope, got worse the next few tries. No better than a cheapo plastic shell one So I bought this because I have little time and wanted to combine my biohacking with work hours so I could do this more often. My plan was to use this with my portable sauna and or yoga. It’s not great. The mask is pretty uncomfortable no matter how you adjust it - pulling into my forehead and pushing on my top lip, and it’s barely fastened. Also, there’s no way on gods green earth you’re doing anything with this on, like read, watch YouTube, etc. or work because you can’t see anything. The whole reason I didn’t get stand up lights is because I didn’t want to take a break for it, but that’s the only way. Debating if I should wait to see if I see any results, or send it back to get something way cheaper since this is so disappointing in design
