Update - I have purchased this item three times. Absolutely value for money. Even though it is coloured, the colour does not loose while cooking. I soak overnight in water before first usage just to clean any excess paint. Original Review - Purchased a set of wooden spoons from Sharafat Ali (there are multiple sellers for this item). I presume he is a small enterprise from Saharanpur and hence we must support him. Was a little skeptical as the price for 7 items was very attractive. All 7 items were packed well. Reasonably good finish and quality considering the price. Craftsmanship is also fine. Items were as shown, no surprise. Luckily, none were broken or damaged or defective. Depending on your style and preferences, you may not use all 7 spoons equally. But, surely you will find 3-4 spoons for daily use. Thickness of few spoons are more, probably to add strength and depth. Cooking spoons are coloured and polished for attractive look but, in my opinion, can be avoided and only natural colour would be preferred. I would recommend to keep the items submerged under water for 1-2 days, wash all the colours before using for cooking. Overall, 7 items at this price is a great buy.
