Works amazing! Just be careful to keep them separate from sour strip candy otherwise you may mistakenly take a bite not knowing they were right next to each other. I can see how fish would find this appealing.

THESE REALLY WORK!
I'm heading out to the Atlantic side to do a little fishing, particularly for pompano and hopefully some black drum. Last year, I purchased fish bites but couldn't find sand flea "flavor" and I was catching multiple species (everything but pompano!) and it was crazy durable on the hook. There's a mesh lining in the bait so it holds the bait together, and on the hook. I was putting a fish bite on one hook, and a shrimp on the other to see which would work better, and the fish bite pretty much won every time. I went through a small tub of shrimp in just a couple of hours, but the fish bites lasted me a couple of days. No more baiting every time you reel in....even after catching a fish. I love this stuff, and I hope the pompano love it too!

So easy to use. Stays on your hook! Lasts a long time. Was on Dauphin island surf fishing was getting bites when it hit the water catching 23lb Black Drum, Whiting, Ladyfish, Atlantic Sharpnose Shark, Stingrays, Hardhead Catfish, Gaffsail Catfish. Amazing bait!! Worth every penny!!

Great lure on its own
First time using it on the jetty, had mackarels chasing it 1st cast.

Very difficult to remove from hook
Can't say if it catches fish but I will say this . There is a piece of mesh material hidden between the two color layers and once it's on your hook it's quite a fight to get it off.
