STUPIDCOW 8 Inch Chef's Knife Kitchen Knife Original Santoku Slicer Knife in German Stainless Steel with Hand-made Blade and Ergonomic Handle

Good quality knife, easy to hold, not too heavy, but...I bought this as a replacement for my old chef's knife. I found that I cannot hold onto food (the same way I did with a chef's knife) that I'm trying to cut because this blade is too tall. I can't get my hand around it the way I can with a regular chef's knife to hold smaller pieces of food steady while I cut (as an example) a small potato in half. It may be a great knife for some, but didn't work out for me. If I had known this would be a problem, I might have been able to avoid it by buying their smaller, lower version of this knife.

I like it's inherent safety, While not as sharp out of the box, it slices thinly. Worthy.

Works in a professional kitchen. Fist day using it I was surprised. You can dice an onion and chop meat effortlessly. The blade is super sharp. VERY nice I just wish a rubber handle was available because the wood gets messy easily. Awesome knife. Could not make a better design myself. No more sore hand from cutting so much. The amount of pressure you can put down when chopping meat with no effort is just amazing.

I was so impressed with this knife, I ordered one for each of my girls.
