Uniball has been around for years and it is a wonderful pin. We like fine printing and waterproof.
It stands up to its name and is probably the # 1 in disposable pins.

Best utilitarian ballpoint on the planet...
I am a senior in college and take notes a lot! I have been using these pens since junior high and have tried many other pens (from Bic disposables to Cross fountain pens) and these are my personal favorite. The ballpoint is very fine, and the ink will outlast the paper you write it on. As evidence to this, in 6th grade I accidently poked my hand with this pen and it left a black dot underneath the skin in my palm still visible to this day!(my first tattoo...) Since then this pen has LITERALLY become a part of me; this pen really is amazing. I love the look, feel, weight, style, and everything about it. Some other reviewers mentioned they run out of ink quickly. True the uni-ball vision may seem to run out of ink faster than a cheapo disposable, but this is because the output of ink in this pen is much thicker and consistent than those throwaway barrel pens. For example with a Bic roundstic you can draw a line, then go over that line again and it will get darker. You could even do this a third and maybe fourth time and the line will become increasingly darker (as well as carve a dent into your paper.) Not with this pen. It is as dark as it gets the first time, with a non-forceful contact on the page. Because of its copious flow of ink, there is some occasional smudging, but this does not happen very often and the ink dries very fast. The pen is well under the $5 range on a per pen basis, but performs comparably to many pens which cost in the $20 and up range, so the price makes a lot of sense in relation to its quality. Plus, if you are doing large amounts of writing or administration work during the day, the small perfections of the uni-ball vision really start to make a HUGE difference. I don't want to keep rambling on about a PEN, but this is a great pen and I highly recommend you try it for yourself; they are delightful to write with.

My favorite writing ink flow pen
I used these pens in an office before, and since I really enjoyed the writing quality and the easy to hold without any writing fatigue. I bought these for my personal usage. The ink flows freely as the pen makes contact with the paper without any pressure. It is fast drying as you can see when writing from slick shiny color it starts to dry (very satisfying to watch). Just careful as you write before letting it dry as you might experience some smearing. Also personal experience, don’t hold the pen in contact with the paper too long as the ink starts to spread, when done, close pen with the cap before putting it a pocket or in storage. Each pen will last a long time before using another one.

Best pens ever!
My favorite pen for fine line doodling over watercolor! Well made, ink lasts and the lines are crisp and smooth. Great value buying in bulk. I keep these pens in every room where I write notes and make art work.

Love this pen!
THESE. ARE. MY. FAVORITE. PENS. The absolute best. I work in emergency services and spend a lot of time jotting notes in all kinds of environments. I can’t deal with a pen that doesn’t work or can’t write in an emergency. These things last for MONTHS and never skip or write a broken line. Like. NEVER. I keep notes on 3x5 notecards and these allow me to take very tiny, but perfectly legible notes! They don’t bleed at all and they always produce a line of a consistent thickness. If they ever stop making these I would cry. Just be careful if you press very hard, the tips can bend with extreme pressure. I don’t often lend these to others because I worry about the tips being damaged (I keep a cheap ballpoint pen for those situations). Also, this is NOT like a ballpoint pen. It is more like a fountain pen with a tiny tiny tip in terms of ink flow. So of course it won’t write on some shiny surfaces and it will smear if the surface isn’t somewhat absorbent. I always also carry a regular old ballpoint for those carbon copy forms that require you to push hard and some types of writing surfaces, but this is my go to pen for almost any kind of normal writing.

Leaky tip
Don't know if I got a bad batch but the ink leaks to cover the tip of the pen. Does not matter if the pen is stored vertically or horizontally. Pen will write everytime but first couple of strokes is scratchy until the ink gets past dried ink on the tip.

These are my favorite pens
I love these. They are uniball pens but super thin so they are less likely to leak through thin paper. They last a long time. They are worth the slightly higher cost. Much cheaper if you buy in bulk. My go-to pen. I buy a lot of them in case they ever stop making them because I don't want to use any other pens. A++++

Amazing pens
OK, "amazing" seems a bit strong perhaps and in general, I'm really not one to "gush" in product reviews, but I've been using these and the "fine" (really "medium") uniball Vision pens longer than I can remember (> 15 years.) I seriously hope they never go out of production either, since I've never found another liquid ink rollerball that comes close to these. (I like Sakura's microns for certain purposes, too, but they're basically "felt tips", though much more "advanced" than your typical Flair-type felt-tip and simply aren't interchangeable with rollerball/ballpoint pens.) I find the .5mm tip ideal - not so fine that you actually scratch your writing material, but noticeably thinner than the .7mm so-called "fine tip" that in reality produces what I'd call a "medium" written line. The ink flow is great, and once dry, the ink is impervious to every common solvent I've had the misfortune to spill on written material over the many years I've used them, including rubbing alcohol. And while no liquid ink dries "instantaneously", this stuff does dry more quickly than most liquid-ink pens. On porous paper, you almost don't notice that it in fact does actually have to "dry" before it becomes smear-proof, but on glossy surfaces (the backs of credit cards, for example), you do have to let it sit for a noticeable period of time. But after that, it's almost impossible to eradicate.

Saw these pens given a favorable review on a YouTube writers video and was impressed with what was said, so I decided to give them a shot. They write very nice, I like the 0.5mm tip as I like writing and don't like the lines being too thick. They write smooth and feel nice to write with. Great quality and writing for a budget pen.

like ease of writing with uni-vision pen.

These use the micro tip which are much better than the standard tip. This is my only office pen.

I couldn't be happier with these pens. They write smoothly and they don't smudge at all. Exceeded my expectations!

A good quality product for what it advertises but I prefer a fine ball-point pen. The ink bleeds a little too much for my liking.
