Had it couple months. Replaced my old overlarge bulky copier. So far so good.

I have purchased a total of 3 these and 3 of the comparable M2540 with now 4 dead. The issue, shortly after a year, the known fuser issue creates paper jams. Apparently there is a newer version of the fuser without the flaw but you won’t know for sure if your purchase has it. Kyocera won’t honor Amazon purchases for warranty requests and directs you to the seller. Some sellers can be contacted others cannot. They will tell you it is out of warranty. Just to be clear many sellers offer a 90 day warranty. The Kyocera warranty is 1yr if bought through them or an “authorized seller”. The fuser can be replaced but anticipate around $450 with parts and labor. Final consideration is these really do work best with branded toner and not the cheap stuff.

Can't get driver to load om computer. Kyocera provides no customer support whatsoever. Their website dismisses all problems and provides no solutions. Only HP for me from now on. I can use it for light copying and can't get use for any computer functions. Before buying see if Kyocera is reachable for customer support.

Per advice of my computer guys I bought three of these machines for the office and for home. Since then we’ve always had problems with those machines especially once they have update on the driver. It’s not very easy to set up and every single time it requires us to call IT tech-support to fix it. NoW Since the latest update, will have to spend another several hundred dollars to fix it. Helpline at the company is worthless. My lesson – stay away.

This product has no serial number, cannot be recognised by the Kyocera H.Q. at UK, cannot be set up, and cannot be operated. This product is not recommended as it is inoperable and instructions are not clearly displayed. Two IT specialists failed to operate this machine. H.Q said they will call me back, but after one email and two phone calls they failed to contact me. Spoke to Amazon who supplied this product and after two phone calls they failed to assist either. They have Zero Technical Support line who can assist and this is not a good value for money. I am sorry but I give ZERO points to this product and ZERO Stars.

Excellent printer with extreme fast in printing...ADF is excellent to make use with Auto duplex Scan and Copy with duplex print features avaible. I am very happy to use as mini Xerox as in our store. Only challenge I see is service and maintenance....which is very poor I felt.... Barely it connects with customer support. Service is almost night mare in India. I called Kyocera sales team, they have given local contact in state level. They were clearly saying that Quocera has no tie up with any online marchents like Amazon or Flipkart.... If we puchage onle there is no service will be provided even with in warrenty. Only on store purchase will cover warrenty and service. If it's real then this online purchase I feel very challenging with fate and luck purchase. But product is ultimate, fully satisfied. No one is near to this feature in this price range.

Ya tengo un par de meses con ella, muy buena maquina, el toner un poco caro.. Pero trabaja muy bien, muchas funciones para ser pequeña, perfecta para oficina o negocio de bajo impacto.

Very good product, I bought m2040dn after multiple enquiries and multiple reviews on open source. It is even supported for Kyocera app where we can print from iOS or android devices.
