I have wide spread arthritis but thought the balls would help build the strength & get some movement in my hands but found even the soft ball difficult to squeeze over time I have built some strength up using them but only managed the 1st two & have given the other 3 to a relative who agreed the others were too firm & he's young .

I bought this product to help strengthen an injured thumb. I’ve only used the yellow ball so far as have only had the product for one day but it does seemed to have helped regain some movement I had lost. The balls fit well in my palm and are comfortable to use so I’m hopeful they will do the job as well as strengthening my grip.
