It's 2024, not 1824, and soon it will be 2025. I threw this product in the trash somewhere in Colorado. About halfway between Denver and the town I was headed for, I realized the highway and street signs I drove past didn't match the car GPS I bought at Amazon. Our battalion commanders had GPS navigation systems in the first Persian Gulf War in the 1990s (platoon elements used LORAN). I've used GPS essentially since it existed on the civilian market. There have always been issues on whether civilian car GPSs were off by 10 meters or so. There were never issues with GPS products being off by 50 miles.

big screen easy enough to use even my non techy mom has no issues. Will even alert you if your speeding. update was quick maps and directions are on point so far.

I purchased the garmin to use my micro sd card to help me find land legal locations, but it doesnt even should the grid map like my other garmin did. Unless I am doing something wrong it does not work. I dont use coordinates I use land legal.
