You'll Never Want to Wear Pants Again!
If you're man enough to step into the world of kilts, you can't do better than this one. It's a "utility" model, so it's made of tough, machine washable fabric that doesn't need to be ironed. It's rugged enough to wear when doing woodworking, yardwork, or just lounging around, but I wouldn't hesitate to wear it with a dress shirt and vest for semi-formal occasions (fully "traditional" kilts don't have pockets, but they blend with the tartan pattern, so they don't exactly jump out at you). I own two of these now, and they're definitely my favorite thing to wear.

Awesome kilt, awesome service from utkilts!
This is a quality made garment. I got it to match a suit for a wedding. (I have a broken leg lol). I ordered my pant waist size and it was too small. I reordered a larger size and added a note that I needed it right away. They were spot on and I got it a day before estimated delivery. I’d definitely recommend this kilt and this company!

Excellent value
I love the material! Sturdy but soft, very breathable. Fit is spot on at the waist - make sure you measure! Sewn down pleats and 22" drop makes it easy to sit. Snaps on both sides for a secure fit. Looks great with or without a belt & sporran. The pockets fall vertically like holsters when you sit, super convenient. I can't wait to order another one.

Shorter than most off the rack kilts I've had before. 22" drop not 23 or 24 so if you're tall you'll probably have to wear this one lower than usual.

There are two definition of a "fine kilt", and ne'er the twain shall meet.One is a well-made traditional 8-yard kilt of the finest Scottish wools, handmade to your shape and size by expert kilt-makers. A garment you can wear to your wedding, fancy parties and something you want to be interred in.The other is this kilt; A rugged, well-built piece of clothing you go hiking in, chop firewood in, and then wear for a night at the pub. A kilt you would wear to a concert, dancing with your gal/guy, and still be able to wear to your parent's house for Thanksgiving dinner.That is what this kilt is. It's built like Cu Chulainn's sword, it looks like a million bucks, and you'll want to wear it more than you thought. Which is a good thing and a bad thing. You wear this, girls' eyes will go wide as you stride through life with the confidence of a Highland warrior off to lay waste your foes. Men will want to be you, and you'll feel like a Celtic Leonidas.But you'll have to get used to the scratchiness of it. Because it feels like 100% wool, and so it's a bit scratchy. So yeah...there's that. So 4 Stars, UT Kilts...but d****d if I don't love this kilt!
