Battery life seems to be what you'd expect based on specs. I usually let my phone run down to 20-30% before charging, and this case will top it off to 100% twice with charge to spare. It is a little thicker than I had hoped, but there is a large battery and wireless charging components to house. I've only done a quick test of the wireless charging, and while I can't verify it works to charge the case; my phone immediately indicated it was charging. A couple things to know: because of its bulk, the fingerprint scanner on the phone is awkward to use; and the case does not wrap around the front as much as most cases to help protect the screen. I assume this is to minimize the overall thickness of the phone in the case.

I got this battery for traveling and already charged it 7 hours as the manual said and used it for the whole day. It's amazing and keeps up the charge even with heavy using. Also would like to mention that this case give you full access to the edge screen (not like others) and it feels really good when you hold it. The things is, I always had battery cases for my previous phones, and I'm still waiting for someone who can make a strong capacity battery but much slimmer, so a girl like me can simply slide it in my pocket. So I hope this company sees my review and try to make a slimmer one. Though all in all I'm very happy with the product

Not sure how the battery will work but I paid more for this battery case because it advertised a tempered glass protector bonus/gift. The protector is not tempered glass, it's cheap plastic. It doesn't even fit the phone with the battery pack on (or any case for that matter . . .) - the cover pops right off. If you try to put it on after the cover is on it doesn't stick right and you can barely access your apps. - the sensitivity is beyond awful. I had to take it off just to be able to message or type anything at all. It looks like it us slightly too big for the phone. I will possibly edit this review after I test the battery pack itself. I would have gone for one that was $10 or $15 less (that has more of a lip over the infinity edge to help protect the phone), and purchased a GLASS tempered glass cover for a couple dollars more either on here or EBay. Now I'm off to buy a real protector for my phone . . .**As an afternote, I will probably be returning this. The battery pack itself seems to function okay and I really don't mind the added weight but there is no protective bezel at all on this case. If you drop the phone (or set it down on it's front) you will most likely be replacing your phone. I had a tempered glass protector on my old Galaxy that saved my phone many, many times (and didn't affect screen sensitivity). I would rather protect my phone as much as possible and I don't think this is the right case to do that.

Ordered in Febuary 2019, it is now late July 2019, charged and discharged atleast once a day, battery is already bulging so much that it is starting to crack the case, was never exposed to high temperatures, made sure to keep the battery from overheating while charging. I expect 50$ to last a little longer guys, I use this thing for my Job so it's kind of important.

I've been using the battery case for about a week. It seems to be well made and definitely increases the working time for the phone dramatically. The claim of increasing battery life an additional 1.6 times seems accurate. The phone is definitely good for 24 hours or more now. The screen protector is just ok - not as sturdy as one you'd buy specifically for the phone, but useful as a short-term spare.

I bought this phone case because it came with a tempered glass and a ring stand. Jokes on me, the tempered glass is thick and had practically no adhesive so I couldn't even apply it. The ring stand became loose after a few days and was pointless. The phone case itself charges fine, but be aware: data transferring from your computer to your galaxy s8 is not possible with the case on. Also... Your screen has no coverage, so that tempered glass I was expecting did not only not work, but the case is so heavy, so when you inevitably drop your phone your screen will most likely crack. That's what happened to me.

So my s8 phone was at 49% And I attached a fully charged case to it. Took approx 1 hour and 15 minutes go from 49% to 100% but may have been off by a fee mintutes... Phone didn't get hot... only thing the charger case should should level power left in it with 3 of 4 led lights on the back would be great...

I got the battery over a year ago. The extra battery life is great, but the body is starting to wear. The recharge button got dislodged, so is floating, and I just noticed my phone is not fitting in the case like it use to. Congee to find out the battery is starting to bulge and the seal my the camera lens is starting to separate too. Looks like might be unsafe to continue using, which is a bummer. I really like the extra battery life when though muy phone is a little bulkier.
