Very nice! Small cheesecake

These make small two bite cheesecakes. We use this for the holidays. Most people only want a bit or two of cheesecake. This way there’s a little waist when children ask for a piece of cheesecake and they leave half of it sitting on the table. This is a perfect option.

These are light weight and heavy duty at the same time. Cleaned really well, cooked my mini cheesecakes perfectly.

Easy to use and clean

These worked great for some mini flourless chocolate cakes I made! It’s kind of a pain in the butt to clean but it was worth it. I was glad to see that they included extras for the removable bottoms as well because I am very prone to losing things!

I bought the trays in April, used them 5 times to make cheesecakes. Functionally, they are amazing! However, the last few times, the non-stick coating started peeling off. I always washed them by hand, never put them in the dishwasher. I store them in protective packaging and they are still peeling. I asked for disc replacements and it was denied. Therefore, I am replacing these trays with silicone.

Put aluminum foil under these pans as the bottoms are not sealed.

Item did not arrive on time and I thought it had been cancelled for a refund. Then the pans showed up. I will keep them instead of losing so much on the cost to return. The pans themselves are nice quality.

Wonderful little mini muffin pans, love that the bottom pushes up for easy release, also deeper than most mini muffin pans which is why I tried them. Good price, good quality and baked contents up evenly...as a food stylist and pastry chef I do not hesitate to recommend this product..endless uses! Good pricing as well...perfect for delicate mini items or bite size cheesecakes which are always hard to de-pan!
