A bit hard than the soft ones Prismacolor premier
They are harder than Prisma Premier but complement each other very well. These for fine details are very good if they have a very sharp point (for realistic drawing they are a great complement).

Not sharpened
I love Primacolor products and these are fine. What's not fine is that when you get them they're not sharpened. Like the picture shows, sure, but for lack of another choice I got them anyway. It's just very annoying to have to spend several hours sharpening them to a good point. I just had to say it, I feel better now.

Hold a pinpoint well
These are great for small details. Hold a pinpoint tip easily.

Very fragile lead
As you can see, after the first sharpening my red was half gone. Was very unhappy. Put full set on heating pad to warm and repeat wax. Ones done after heating and cooling worked much better! Love the pencils WHEN they work! Prismacolor.. I think you owe me a red....

Not as soft-core as regular Prisma Colored pencils
These give excellent color and last a longer as I don’t have to sharpen as often as my others. I use an electric pencil sharpener and get a beautiful point on these pencils. Happy to have them in my collection.

Nice sharp points!
I have the complete set of Prismacolors and I love them. The premiere Verathin lives up to its name. The pencil is slimmer and the lead slightly harder so it sharpens to a nice point and stays that way. They are great for fine details.,

Inferior wood casings and the colored lead is easy to break
I have high hopes for these pencils the leads broke easily and the wood casings are cheap.
