These bars are both the right size for a snack but also very tasty. The wife & I really like them.

I purchased one of these bars at a local health food store and immediatley fell in ove with it, but it was very pricey for just one. Found a whole box on Amazon for much cheaper. These are a wonderful low carb snack. If you love mint chip ice cream or thin mint cookies, these are definitely for you!

This was my first time purchasing Nick's Protein Bars and I ordered the Mint Chocolate. The description states "Refreshing gooey mint flavor encased in a chocolate coating". Mine were NOT gooey but dry and crunchy but not in a nice way.I wrote to Nick's directly to clarify if this was normal and they told me this was NOT how they are meant to be. I sent them the Lot #L2309 15:53/expiration date of 10-20-2023 (which seems way too soon so no wonder). For everyone ordering the mint (and any other flavor for that matter) and then leaving really bad reviews, it would help if you reach out to Nick's directly to check if what you have received is normal. In this case it was not. I am not going to write a bad review based on this one experience. Life is life, things happen!!Overall:1) Yes, they are pricey but these aren't candy bars, they are protein bars so used as a meal replacement or if you are wanting or needing a low carb, sugar free protein boost.2) Amazon pack these in their typical jiffy bags-this is an Amazon issue, not Nick's. Amazon are getting lazy. They use over sized boxes for ridiculous size items like a key chain or a pair of earrings or in this case what should come in a box comes in a thin jiffy bag completely wrecking the actual packaging inside.3) I like the size of them and the packaging and WILL buy from them again. If you get a bad item from your local grocery store, do you stop shopping there? NO. So, give Nick's another chance and if you have an issue CONTACT THEM. It's really easy!! Amazon WILL work with you if you are insistent and give them all the information and don't back down. I'm so sick of seeing people complaining how they have wasted money and stuck with an item they don't want or is bad or is broken. Say something and don't give up!

I had to stop buying these because I would eat too many of them in a day due to the taste! At least there's a bit more dietary fat in them rather than pure protein so it didn't hurt my digestion too hard.Anyway, fabulous flavor, probably the closest thing you're going to get to a great-tasting protein bar. But I'm at the point of my diet where I need to pare down, so a sad goodbye for now is in order for me.

I got the chocolate mint ones based upon the pics and how good it looked. Who ever said these are like a candy bar has a very different idea of a candy bar than I do. Anyway, because of the "wonderful" taste reviews I got them when they went on a lightening deal. I got them and let the box sit over night looking for a treat before the gym in the morning. It was tough, almost crunchy, and took effort to just chew it. The taste was not good. IDK if I got a bad batch but this was not good. I much prefer Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter bars or almost any Quest Bar. My two cents..

The flavor is relatively good, not amazing. FitCrunch and Pure Protein have much better tasting mint chocolate chip bars in my opinion, and they don't cause allergic reactions for me. I am not sure what ingredient(s) have been bothering me, but every time I eat this bar, 1-2 hours later I feel awful with symptoms like upset stomach, chills, and unrelenting back pain. They don't cause symptoms for my boyfriend, so I will be giving them to him instead. I eat protein bars that have sugar alcohols, high fiber, and those that are made in facilities with tree nuts/soy all the time. I am not sure what I'm allergic to with these. In any case, it's easy for me to give these up because the flavor isn't fantastic to begin with. I give it a 5.5 or 6/10 for flavor.

This protein bar taste like candy . The mint, chocolate and crunchiness make it easy to get your protein.
