My brother has started trying to get into loose leaf tea, and he absolutely loves it. It is a bit of a thinner glass so seems a bit easier to break than some other options , but still really nice. The top is also very loose on the top part and just kinds sits in it so it doesn't hold the heat in as well as we would like.

Tea takes time to steep!! The top drips through top fast . Had to pour back through 3 times to get this color.This is not electric... so you'll have to boil water. But don't put it in the little pot it comes with. The water will come out too fast and you want have time to get it underneath and have a water mess. Just seems like a lot of steps for a cool looking pot

This ceremonial tea pot is different and would make a nice centerpiece. Everything was well packaged.
