OPTP Trigger Wheel

I don't get much relief with this roller, but my Scottie LOVES this thing. I guess it just depends on your needs and individual response. The roller is sturdy and well-made, heavy duty plastic and doesn't squeak. It may benefit other people and maybe help your pets as well.

I have had tendon and muscle pain for months working from home. Seems nothing has worked. Spent loads on appointments to the chiropractor and massage therapist. My Chiropractor had a Trigger Wheel in his office and showed it to me. Just one use and my pain was gone and my function was back! I could hardly lift my arm above shoulder level before. Now I can raise it over my head like normal. It is also great for tmj relief. Wondering how I have lived so long suffering without it. I keep mine on my desk as a reminder to use it while I am working throughout the day. If you have any kind of pain related to repetitive motion or ergonomics, tmj, muscle strain, etc---get one! You will be very glad you did.

Feels almost as the wheel is going to "wobble" off when using. This product is alright...doesn't really relieve trigger points.

Using to roll over tightening muscles and tendons after broken elbow surgery. Releasing tightness and regaining movement in wrist and hand as well.
