I have a 1.5" hitch and an adapter for 2" for my bike carrier. The adapter rattled in the hitch.This peice of hardware is well made, excellently thought out, and now my adapter is as solid as a rock in the hitch.

My hitch has about a 1/16” of play which makes the trailer sound like it’s about to pop off causing widespread death and destruction……or so it sounded . Needless to say this was a huge cause of anxiety. This gadget made my feeling of dread disappear. Hitch stays in place, rock solid without any rattles and clunks.As an additional bonus it adds a layer of security because it requires a wrench to remove the hitch.Absolutely will not tow without it forever more! Just buy it, it’s that good!
