Dont waste your money on old regular night lights. We love this motion sensor night light. It is super easy to set up, it fits into any outlet, just plug it in and it's good to go! We have this night light at the top of our stairs with a dark hallway leading to a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. This light, as you can see from the video, works beautifully to give enough light to navigate the dark hallway and the top of the stairs. As you approach the light when you get within about 4 feet, it gently illuminates with a nice glow. After you have moved away for approximately 20-30 seconds it dims down fairly low. It's perfect for us because the outlet for the light is right outside our bedroom and it dims so low that it never bothers us. It does have a daylight sensor so that it won't come on during the day but our hallway is generally fairly dark so it does function during the day due to lack of natural light. If the 3 bedroom doors are closed it keeps any natural light from flooding the hallway. So it's ok with us that the night light functions during the day because sometimes we need the light to come on even in the daytime. I am completely obsessed with this nightlight and am so glad that I found it! We have had it for about 6 months now and it is still going strong! This is definitely worth the money and I would highly recommend!

Good quality night light. I use it in my bathroom and it is very helpful at night. Not too bright so you can fall back asleep.

Best night light. It comes on when you enter the room and dims when you leave.

These are the best. However expensive- but once I added it to my bathroom, I no longer need to use the light in the middle of the night. As soon as I walk into the bathroom, it’ll light up the entire bathroom and once I am out of the bathroom for a couple of seconds, it dims back down. It’s also great for people who wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble going back to sleep after going to the bathroom.
