When I first got these they were to replace a basic keratin and biotin supplement that was out of stock at Walmart. I decided, hey, why not? The first time around I didn't notice anything changing - probably because once I finished my original I went straight to these. Then I stopped for a while and started them back about twoish months ago. My hair is already relatively healthy, but I have noticed I'm not losing nearly as much. The biggest improvements are in my nails and skin. My nails have always been thin and bendy but I can see the subtle ridge of growth difference where it looks thicker and healthier (I'm so excited to see the difference as it grows full length!).The real surprise is that I'm fairly certain these are helping clear up my KP. Slowly but surely, and they're the only thing that's changed in the last few months to make any difference. I haven't tried new skincare products or regimens. Really I haven't been using anything on it lately. It's a pleasant surprise I welcome!

I decided to review this item for your piece of mind (for those still not sure if they want to commit to this every month). I personally have noticed a huge different in my skin tone, clarity and a lack of blemishes which honestly, I'm not missing. I don't normally get them, but when I do it was annoying? I figured I'm lacking something, so I decided to get this for my skin and hair!I think most people who go this route are focused on skin care, hair care and overall health care. You can't go wrong with this bottle of goodness, but you have to be patient with results like any other bottle of goodness that you end up purchasing! :) I'd HIGHLY suggest going this route, well worth the money and investment over time.

Very good product I’m still using it just started using it so and so far I’ve felt more energy. It’s helped with my gut. I’m still learning what supplements to use for my body and this is helping me.

Omg… these are the best! They are the only hair pills that have improved my hair quality and promoted growth. On top of that, they make my skin glow and balance out my hormones. I have tried so many hair growth brands like Nutraful and other expensive ones and this beats them by far! I highly recommend!

I absolutely love this. I have been using this for over a year now. My skin seems more plump. My hair is shiny and growing so fast.I was pretty surprised after the first 2 months. I'm in perimenopause and needed a rescue! Boy did this serve it up!

I bought these to replace a more expensive supplement. They contain lots of good ingredients. I can’t give a five star considering the size of each pill and the fact that three of them need to be swallowed. They are quite large. So if you have a hard time swallowing larger supplements, these won’t please you.

Out of all the collagen supplements, I’ve tried these are by far my favorite ones and I will buy them every single time. Felt a difference in my hair felt thicker also grew evenly. Any other college and supplements I’ve experienced burping the flavor of collagen up and I don’t get that with these. I know that’s gross but that’s why I like these the most.

So far so good! I've been taking 2 pills a day for a month. I have noticed new baby hair and more shine. Skin and nails also have improved. I will see how it goes in the next months. Will buy more for sure. Take notice that one can't relay only in one thing if you want to see results, especially related to hair growth. I also use an specific hair tonic and shampoo (Iraltone) and Horse Tail extract capsules (Silica).
