What a fantastic toaster , got to be the fastest toaster and cooks so evenly would highly recommend this toaster you definitely pay for what you get . Worth every penny

These look great on the counter and do a great job of providing two very evenly toasted peace's of bread. It is fantastic to find a taster that toasts evenly right to the sides and corners of the bread this well. (A disclaimer: So far I have only used this with standard sized 'Hovis Style' brown and white bread.) Something that originally amazed me was how fast these seem to pop up in comparison to our old toaster. I had already thrown our old four slice toaster out when this arrived but it feels like, despite having to do two rounds of toasting, I can produce four slices in about the same. I have knocked off one star because of the range of toast levels. There are 5 total levels, and while there is a perfect setting for my taste, my wife either has to have her toast either very slightly underdone or very slightly overdone compared to what she would consider perfect. This is expensive compared to much of the competition but I feel it is worth it for the look and build quality of the item. Looks great on the counter with the matching kettle, and I am very tempted to stretch our budget a little and buy the coffee machine as well.

Failed within 3 months of not even daily use. Toasts wont stick in down position to cook. Also crumbs tray broke and it won’t click in place anymore. Toast is not cooked evenly either. Very disappointing product quality.

You are maybe thinking this is just a toaster and an expensive one at that. Well, I would agree with you, but give it a try. We found it makes just great toast using the same setting for both white and brown bread. Not only that but the slots are a decent size and take the larger size of bread perfectly if inserted in landscape mode. In our previous toaster, the larger bread would not fit. No problem here. The toast from frozen function is like the standard function, spot-on perfect toast. About the only way to fool it is white in one slot and brown in the other. Even then you can just reset for the underdone slice and cancel part way into the cycle.

From simple toast to (frozen) potato waffles and panini rolls it does it all. Nice even toasting, easy to control with the touch sensitive buttons and dial. Also, it looks cool in stainless steel and it's easy to clean as well.

I have used this on the crumpet (one side only) and full toast settings. Do I need a toaster with a motor to lower and raise the bread? No, but I love the feature. It also copes well with different thicknesses of toast with a metal cradle that opens wide when you put the bread in and then closes to centre the bread as it is lowered. If I am honest, this is a bit of an indulgence when it comes to a toaster. However, the single piece cast and general build quality are great and I don't regret the purchase.

I really loved this toaster when we first golly it - it toasted the bread perfectly and was easy to use. Unfortunately it has stopped working after 9 months and I feel very disappointed by this.
