I usually work late at night. Because of that my sleep cycle is messed up. Often times i am unable to sleep long hours even if i want to. 1st day i tried these gummies and slept like a baby. Its super awesome.. never slept that well ever. I really wish i heard of this before. I tried it first, my friend gave it to me when i was at his house for a sleepover. He is aware that i usually sleep late because i m habitual and lack of sleep was taking a toll on my body. I tried and i was yawning half an hour later.. that never happened before. Each gummy has 3mg Melatonin so I take one gummy which is enough to get me to sleep! Thanks to it I wake up in the morning energized. And love the flavour it's like a ripe guava!!

This is the honest review about this medicine. Me and mom has tested this. It causes headaches on the next day of taking this at night, back side of the head feels like a sleepy blob. This is a risky medicine, whoever has created this formula has to test it first on himself then only release it for general public. I suggest to not buy this and save your money. I have thrown these gummies in garbage after testing it for some days at the times when I feel not sleepy and urgently required a good sleep. Trust me it has ruined my next day badly. Really disliked this product.

Its been 4days of using this product ..it works no doubt.. getting gud sleep but not deep sleep its REM sleep cycle ..it means you will sleep in intervals .. like i go to bed at 10.30 and wake up at 7 at in between i go through 2 intervals of sleep which is also gud for health and even you go through dreams also .. by dream i mean exam failure one bro seriously so scary but i dont like this cycle i want a deep sleep without having any break in between .. after this i will try sharktanks recommended brand .. its a personal opinion may be you like this type…👍
