Great for mouth taping for nasal cpap
I am using it to tape my mouth shut while I use a nasal CPAP. I cut about 3 inches and then cut that in half length wise. I purse my lips and tape between my philtrum and mouth corner. It holds terrific while I sleep. Unlike all other tapes I have tried it doesn't irritate my skin or pull of any skin. The center of my lips can still open for me to breathe if I need to. This is great

Nexcare vs "X" style individual tape strips
I've been using the plastic "X" style tape for over 1.5 years and switched to Nexcare 3 weeks ago. I like it so much more than the individual X tapes. I highly recommend trying out Nexcare as mouth tape while sleeping.Cost: This is a no-brainer. The plastic "X" style tape strips individual tape strips are very expensive. Nexcare is cheap *and* the roll looks like it's going to last a very long time.Ease of use: Nexcare is on a roll and can be easily torn with fingers alone. The edge of the roll is easy to find and pull up because the tape has a little bit of thickness. So, getting a piece just before sleeping is quick and easy. The plastic "X" style tape strips require some fidgeting with the paper or plastic that the strip comes on, and I almost always ended up bending a corner of it onto itself.Feel: Nexcare is soft to the point where I forget it is on my lips at all. The stiff plastic "X" style tape strips are not very comfortable and could make my lips a bit itchy at times.Reapplying: The Nexcare tape is super sticky and easy to apply and reapply -- I sip water about 2x per night. The X tapes did not stick as well after reapplying, but the Nexcare is just as good.Lip balm: I can also apply some lip balm to the corners of my mouth when needed after putting on the Nexcare tape, and only the edges of the tape lose their stickiness. When I tried that with the plastic "X" style strips, the entire tape would lose its stickiness almost immediately.Residue: Some reviews said they get a residue on their lips after taking the Nexcare off. I haven't experienced that. It's possible that some rolls have this problem and others do not. Or that it's very sensitive to heat, and that occurs after too much heat exposure. I'm only guessing, though.Customizability: Since you tear off a piece of Nexcare tape with your fingers, you can customize it to the perfect length for your lips. I only cover about an inch of my lips, so I could always breathe through the corners of my mouth while sleeping, if necessary (but this hasn't happened). The plastic "X" style strips are one size only.Trust: The companies that sell the plastic "X" style strips change all the time. I could never buy the same product twice (3+ months apart) because they would disappear, only to be replaced by another company and a different-looking product. Nexcare is made by 3M, which has been around for decades and is used in medical settings. I trust the ingredients of Nexcare much more because of that.

Great tape for irritated, sensitive skin!
This tape is especially good for anyone repeatedly having to secure and reapply bandages to skin that becomes sensitive. For me, this doesn’t cause any further irritation; even allowing for healing. The only thing that can be a bit of a problem is that some bandage types don’t easily adhere to tape, whether this or another type such as paper tape.

Its easy on the skin but not my preference
I used it for mouth tape. It worked pretty good and was easy on the skin. I would use it again but it is not as strong as athletic tape .

Best Mouth Tape
I use it every night as mouth tape for about 2-3 years and I really noticed the difference when waking up throat is not dry nose is not congested really helpful for falling asleep easily too would 100% recommend and it doesn't hurt too when peeling off and it last like 3 months I use it vertically like 2 inch piece.

Magic tape
I’ve used this 3 nights in a row so far to tape my mouth while sleeping, only using a small piece. And it has stayed on completely each time until I take it off in the morning, and not too painful to remove. Not sure how it works but it surprises me every time.

Gentle. Comfortable.
Got this as a sleep aid...thought it would be weird feeling but was completely comfortable-- paired with saline nose spray and lavender breathe right strips. And a fan.

Doesn't stick well
I had high hopes for this as I have to use tape on my toe everyday and it was getting irritated. I was hoping this was the solution. However, halfway through the day, the tape comes off and I have to re-tape. As it is more expensive than regular tape, this adds even more to the cost.
