I’ve been using the Marshall Emberton II for a while now, and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations. For its size, this speaker delivers big, rich sound that feels far more powerful than you’d expect from such a compact form factor. Battery: Just received it today and charged it to full and since then have been using it non-stop atleast 9 hours now and only 2 bars went down. Until impressions of battery is excellent. Build: Excellent! Nothing else will describe it better. I also have a Marshall Willen and this is even better. The Willen excellent for travel and using it in the Airbnb or a hotel room. Even this although it's over 700g it's still worth carrying in your backpack. Sound: The sound quality is brilliant and sometimes it's just mesmerizing. Although the bass does gets lost over 80% volume but it's not totally bad. The sound is not that of a party speaker with a lot of bass, instead for a chill session. Like having some beers and wine with your 4-5 friends in the terrace or balcony. The sound is room filling and it's great for me. The sound is tuned for rock, classic rock, alternative and similar genre. It's also great for Indian oldies and you will love the output of in these kinda scenarios. For bass junkies and groovy party people, stay away! It's not meant for you and won't enjoy the sound output. It's also great for watching a movie in your iPad, the sound out is great with excellent voice and associated sound. Price: I got it for 13k will credit card and all bells and whistles of discount and it does justify its price for me. Over that around 15k I don't think it's worth it. Regret: Onky regret I have is that today itself the Marshall Emberton 3 got released for a couple of thousand more and 2 years warranty in Marshall.com in India. May be I could have taken a couple of days to order I could have the never one. But the sound quality makes me so happy, I don't feel like returning this Emberton2 Try listening to any song of the movie Rockstar and with A R Rehman's best creation and you will feel like hugging the speakers for its sound quality. Conclusion: If you can buy the newer version with better features and newer Bluetooth 5.3LE with very little battery consumption and better sound output and new Dynamic Sound optimisation. But if you want to save some money and feel like buying this and have the sound genres mentioned above, go for it. You will love it👍

Marshall never compromise with sound quality. Buying this speaker should actually count as an investment I will tell you why, the quality of sound it delevers is very clear, you can hear each and every instrument voices separately (top tier quality). Speaker can deliver a dynamic range of frequencies that makes it versatile for any environment or type of content you are playing. Company claims 30+ hrs of battery life under some conditions which is extra ordinary, I have used it for 20+ hrs on single charge and it still had power left to run for some more hours. The speaker is rugged and tough but very comfortable to hold (you can know from single sense of touch), no less build quality can expect from Marshall. Dual bluetooth pairing works fine and joystick at the top centre increases the functionality of the speaker. All together this speaker is worth buying.

The speaker clarity quality is pretty good, sound clarity is much better than expected. The bass feels slightly lower for the speaker but good enough for its size. It is sufficient for audio indoors in 25*40ft room approximately. Audio outdoors might not be audible beyond 20 metres approximately. Price is pretty high, but the quality speaks for itself. Like the built on it. Audio volume probably could have been more.

I bought this excellent little portable speaker once and loved it so much I bought a second one. Which? consumer organisation research recommended it as one of their Best Buys and that's why I bought the first one, having assessed what I needed. Light and very portable - although I am not sure whether it might be easier at times to be able to hold it using a handle of some sort? Jury's out on that one, I'm waiting to see! So easy to get set up, charged up and linked to your phone. The sound quality is excellent and you download an app to your phone which enables you to tweak it so the bass is more prominent or less prominent, allowing you to focus more on a voice (whether singing or speaking - useful for devotees of an audiobook). One of the unexpected bonuses is that you can link a second speaker to the first one. In a smaller space (because the phone links to the speaker by bluetooth, so you can't have it too far away) you can have two speakers and either enjoy stereo in one room, or keep a speaker in different rooms and enjoy the sound throughout the entire (small) house, which is my preference when doing housework. This unexpected extra feature adds to the functionality of the speaker. For me, two of these speakers and my phone easily replace the sound systems I used to use. For a smaller home, I find this is ideal. It can still achieve an extremely loud volume but I like my neighbours so I haven't tested it to maximum. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Look out for some price variations, because this goes up and down with about £60 variance and it can make purchasing one of these incredible value for money. Highly recommended. Great sound quality. Long-lasting battery life. It looks well-made and sturdy. Easy to tuck away out of sight when you're not using this because it's so small (light enough to carry in one hand) but produces bigger and better sounds than you would expect.

J'étais plutôt Bose et je suis passé à Marshall car c'est une marque réputée pour la qualité du son et je ne suis pas déçue, cette petite enceinte est sobre mais efficace, le son est pur et clair avec ce qu'il faut de basses. De plus elle a une excellente autonomie et on peut faire des réglages en ayant téléchargé l'application, tout cela de manière fluide et rapide. Le Bluetooth est efficace, et mes deux appareils se sont rapidement trouvés. Un très bon rapport qualité- prix, je recommande.

This is a great little speaker. It has great sound for a small, portable speaker. Emberton 2 is great for audiobooks and has clarity of sound. The bass isn't great, but loud blearing music wouldn't be the aim for this kind of speaker. I am happy with my purchase.
