Comfortable and excellent deal
I brought this with me while I camped and hiked in Iceland and Scotland. It is lightweight, easy to pack and packs fairly small, easy to inflate (can take some understanding of the one-way mouth piece), and comfortable. It was a fine length for me as a 6'1" male, just had my feet off the end. I am a side sleeper and had no issues with the ground. I am not too familiar with the grading system for insulation/ heat retention, but there were a few nights the temp got below freezing and I was a bit cold. But part of that might have been my sleeping bag heat level. Also the price is GREAT! Spent a bunch of time at REI and most pads were $100-200, and I feel like this is very comparable to most of them. Only complaint/ issues I could see are: - Bottom isn't really non-slide, and top is slick. So if you aren't on flat ground you might need to move yourself back on the pad in the middle of the night. - I feel like the one-way valve could break with a lot of use. But after 20 or so uses, it doesn't show signs of problems at this point. Would highly recommend.

Great sleeping pad at a fraction of the price of other name brands
Great ultralight sleeping pad at a great price - very lightweight and compact (and surprisingly comfortable) and so far it has served me very well on two back-country trips to the Lost Coast and the Eastern Sierras

Pretty good
Overall, this has been a decent sleeping pad for backpacking trips. It’s easy to inflate and deflate. It’s not too heavy. It distributes my weight (130 lbs) well in multiple sleeping positions including on my side. I’d be happier if it was a bit lighter but this is great lighter weight inflatable sleeping pad for the price.

Great mat!
Not much for writing reviews, however we were in a pinch and took a last minute camping trip to Cape Cod. Sleeping on sand is similar to concrete, and completely uncomfortable. Got these mats and we laid a sleeping bag over them since it was 90+ degrees. I can’t say much for the R factor but I can tell you these were a complete DREAM to set up and take down. After inflation they stayed at peak inflation the entire time we slept on the cape (4 nights). I’m a side sleeper and I found it quite comfortable. Having the more expensive mattresses before these obviously aren’t the same, however they were easy to blow up and deflate. I didn’t have to struggle to “make it fit” into its packing sleeve, if you’ve ever gone camping before you know the struggle that is packing up. I’m thinking they are good for warmth since it was cold in the mornings and us laying on top of them with our warmth didn’t make the bottom of the mats wet. A problem I’ve had with the more expensive brands. Overall, if you need a mat, and have limited funds this is a great option.

BEST SLEEPING MAT EVER!
This mat is INCREDIBLE! I don't usually ever write reviews but I had to share my love for this mat. Not only has this mat transformed the way I sleep while camping and traveling, but it's extremely high quality and thoughtfully invented. Upon inflating, there is a flap that allows for the air already blown into the mat to stay put so you're not having to simultaneously inflate the mat while it's deflating. The circular air pocket design makes for an EXTREMELY comfortable and supportive sleeping surface! I've slept on the pure HARD rock during a backpacking (CDT) trip and I couldn't have been more comfortable! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this mat, it's absolutely fantastic. Pros: - Lightweight - Fast inflation (I timed myself at 10 seconds) - Folds into a small bag for easy and light travel - High quality

Great mattress, poor customer support
I've owned 3 of these pads over the past 6 years. For the price point, they're excellent as a very light, very compact, very comfortable sleeping pad. I purchased my most recent one to replace my first pad (out of laziness, I just didn't want to try to patch it again) in anticipation of an 8 day camping trip. During my first use, I found that the pad had a slow leak and required ~25% reinflation each night. Unfortunately, by the time I was back from the woods the return period had expired, so my only recourse was to use ECOTEK's warranty/support inbox. I've sent multiple emails but have never received a response from them.

Very comfortable and durable sleeping pad for the money
The Hybern8 is quite comfy for my 5'8" 150# frame...when inflated properly I don't bottom out when side sleeping. Also I like the width...that extra couple of inches you get adds to the overall comfort as you don't feel like you are sleeping on a rail especially whenside sleeping. This pad is easy to inflate (about 12 puffs) and is equally easy to quickly deflate completely and can be rolled or folded into a small package for storing. I actually really like its 2.2 inch thickness as it allows my arms to hang off the pad at more comfortable angles- but that's me! Finally the pad is reasonably light and is durably constructed and should work well for late spring thru early fall backpacking pending an individuals particular needs...I am sure for me this pad will suffice in early spring thru fall conditions in Utahs high country.

Unresponsive lifetime warranty
I bought this specifically because of the lifetime warranty. The sleeping pad worked great for a year, but then started leaking and I'd wake up to a deflated pad. I emailed customer service and they said to mail it back to them for a replacement. So far, so good. I followed their directions, paid $20 to ship it to them, and haven't heard back. It's been almost 3 months. I've sent multiple follow up emails on the status and they go unacknowledged. If I had known that the lifetime warranty was a scam, I wouldn't have wasted the time and money to ship it out. Now I'm out a sleeping pad and $20 that could've gone to purchasing a new pad.

As expected. Perfect for hammock
