I am incredibly happy with this purchase. I spend about 8-10 hours a day at my desk, and my old chair was giving me terrible back pain. Since switching to this one, the difference has been night and day. Pros: • Comfort: The cushion is thick but firm, and the lumbar support hits exactly the right spot. The mesh back keeps things breathable. • Build Quality: It feels very sturdy and the wheels glide smoothly on my floor without scratching it. • Installation: I was dreading the assembly, but it was actually a breeze. It arrived well-packaged, and all the screws were clearly labeled in blister packs (no guessing which screw goes where!). It took me maybe 20 minutes from opening the box to sitting in the chair. The included Allen wrench was all I needed. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a high-quality chair without the headache of complicated assembly.

Surely this is very a good chair at this price point. Very comfortable with very good look. Also want to mention that I feel product is along with a superb service by vendor, seller understood my concern on headrest & resolved that in a best possible manner by sending a replacment piece. Super pleased with this product & service by vendor.

Review after 2 weeks of use (replacement period ending): The replacement period is ending, and this review is based on two weeks of usage. For the price, it offers more than expected. There are a few quality issues such as minor scratches and average paint finishing, but considering the offer price at which it was purchased, the product is impressive. Everything is working smoothly. A suggestion for buyers: if the budget is very low, this is a good option. However, for office use, it is better to consider a slightly more expensive chair. The wheels roll very easily with little touch, the armrests are slim, the chair rotates with slight movement, and the plastic durability feels less reliable. Overall, this is a good product for a low budget. Special credit to the company for the idea and concept.

Product is good and comfortable ,using over 5 months now

I have been using this chair for more than a month. Pros: 1. Good quality mesh and body parts are of good quality 2. Ergonomic 3. Soft breathable seats 4. Easy to assemble Cons: 1. Fitting the head support is the trickiest part. 2. It can improve with softer and flexible back support. Upon reporting the issue, support from CellBell was amazing. They immediately replaced the broken part!
