Bear Creek Soup Mix, Darn Good Chili, 8.8 Ounce

I absolutely love Bear Creek soups you can do so many things with him besides soup the flavors are absolutely delicious you can take one package and expand it four to five times and just bolster it with vegetables and more meat and some additional tortilla chips or you can put some pasta noodles into it another thing I like to do is I like to boil it up with the recommended amount of water and then I simmer it down and then I shred four whole chickens into it and then I add some corn tortilla chips some three mix cheese and I stir that all together just about the right consistency then I put it in a 2-in pan and I cover it and I bake it just before I get ready to take it out and put a little bit more cheese on top of it and I have the absolute best tortilla chicken casserole ever. Or on a rainy day if you just need something to warm the bones you can stick right to the recipe and in like 15-20 minutes it's all ready to go just throw in some I usually throw in some extra carrots and zucchini boil it up with some chicken and it's ready to go or if you make some extra chicken you can make some shredded tacos to go with it and a bowl of soup and it really warms you right to the Bone it is so simple to work with

Love love love this soup. So easy to make and super tasty. I add chicken and avocado to it. And sprinkle cheese on top.

I love this so much. Just add water. Lots of flavor & beans. Jazz it up with chicken, cilantro, chopped onion, cumin, tomatoes or some guac & a drop of sour cream. Serves 8 .... You can't go wrong.

I've always been both intrigued by and leary of Bear Creek soup mixes. The packaging and convenience make them look so appealing, but how could that possibly be the case? A dry soup mix? C'mon.On Black Friday 2024, Amazon had a number of these Bear Creek soups at a really good price, so I decided to dive in. Good to have some options with winter on its way.I made the tortilla soup this evening and was pleasantly surprised at the way it thickened up. I added paprika and turmeric, which I do for many of my soups, but I don't think this soup necessarily needs any spices added. After bowling the soup, I also stirred in a dollop of pesto and topped it with shaved Parmesan.If a person had some diced chicken breast, or even some cooked ground beef (or soy crumbles), or maybe some extra canned corn or canned/cooked black beans left over from something else, those would all make good additions. A person could also use half water and half vegetable or chicken broth. A good squeeze of lemon at the very end would brighten the soup up a bit, as well.

This is a quick, easy chili to throw together. I cook up a pound of beef while the “soup” part simmers. I prefer it to traditional homemade chili honestly (unless someone makes a mean pot of chili)

This is good chili. I mix it with chirozo and a can of diced tomatoes and my daughters love it.

Hey I love these Bear Creek soups. I put meat and more seasoning in them but they are great starter. And I have not been disappointed in any of their products yet.

By far this is my favorite Bear Creek soup! I do add a little spice to it but I absolutely love it have ordered it several times!
