Great label maker – works smoothly and reliably
I really like this label maker. It worked exactly as expected and was super easy to use right out of the box. Unlike some others I’ve tried, it didn’t jam or misfeed at all. Everything printed cleanly and evenly. The layout is intuitive and it feels solid for both home and office use. It was also a good price for the quality. I’ve labeled a bunch of files for the office and some bins around the house, and it handled everything with no issues. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dependable and no fuss label maker.

Great labeler, and you wouldn't believe how useful
Functionality:This labeler does one or two line labels and has templates for frequently-used labelPrint quality:Excellent dark printEase of setup:Put in six AAA batteries; the compartment doesn't exactly show you how to orient them, but you'll figure it out.Quality:I haven't found a better labeler. I have had two of these, one is for me and one is for my BFF who keeps borrowing it, so I got this one for her.Value for money:It's not cheap--but it's one of those things you can't believe you lived without. What do I use it for?I label file folders. I label my flour containers (I have several types of baking flours and sugars.) I label the drawers for my art supplies.MOST USEFUL IDEA (I think) is to label the ac adapters and blocks that come with your electronics. Just today, I was locating my Chromebook which I don't use that often. The block in my "Cords and AC adapters box" was labeled "Chromebook" with my Brother labeler and did NOT look like the ones in the picture online (a trick to figure out which AC adapter belongs to some kind of item.) WHEN YOU GET IN any electronic item with an AC adapter or a block or a cable, make a label for it with this label maker, wrap it around the cord or stick it on the block.Another use: remotes. Label the remotes for the device they control. I also put battery information on the label "2 AAA" etc. Still another use; kids going to college, boarding school, camp. Label their stuff. While you can get an AC adapter for this, I tend to just use it on the batteries (6 AAA). The templates are really nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great little printer
Works Great, used it to label all my tools sizes. In black on yellow. Highly visible. Easy to peel and stick. You can make the number or letter big or small. People had mentioned that it wastes labels by leaving too much margin. But if you read the instructions you can change that so that the margin is smaller. Has lots of different Font that you can Choose from. The screen is easy to read with a little back lighting. But if your room is dark it’s difficult to see the screen. It’s a great little machine and works as intended.

The label maker is fun to use.
It gets the job done. Easy to use. Nice size to carry around. I bought the brother P-touch TZe-641 tape to use with it. I used the label maker at my job to label the paper sorting cases. You can change the font to different styles and size. You can change any setting on the label maker. The cutting lever cuts well. I like the product.

Great label printer with an LCD drawback
This is one of the best little label printers out there. It is easy to use, intuitive, and has a lot of great options at a very decent price. If you're just wanting to print labels and maybe add a little flair here and there, this is perfect. The cartridges are only about $3-$5 each, depending on the brand, so it gives you decent mileage for the cost. The 2 letdowns for me are that it does not come with a power cord. Not a huge deal because you can either use 6xAAA batteries or pick up a power cord for $10. Go with the power cord unless you need the convenience of carrying it around and printing on-the-go.The biggest let down is the LCD screen. All the stock photos look crystal clear and easily readable, but in reality, it is not clear. On my unit and on every review or 3rd party photo, you can see the contrast is pretty horrible. The funny thing is that it looks better in a photo than it does in reality, so I can't even post proof of what I'm seeing. The contrast on the unit lets you go up or down 2 notches, which barely affects the visibility in a meaningful way. It needs a brightness setting along with the contrast. That said, as long as you can get enough light hitting the LCD without glare from the plastic, you should be fine. A backlight with an on/off setting would have been fantastic.Even with the drawback of the LCD, I would still buy it though, as it really is a great unit.

The multiple copies feature is stellar, simple to use
My favorite labelmaker of many over the years. I love that it will print multiples of a label, that makes it easier much of the time. It's also possible to set it up so it doesn't waste as much tape, unlike earlier editions. It takes a bit of trial and error. I also like simple easy to use things. All the bells and whistles just make it harder to use. It is smaller than the more complicated ones. The display is a little light is the only down, but the rest all adds up to five stars. I just got another for my office. I've had it for nine months and use it often. Never had a glitch.

Best label maker on the market
I use one at the office so I bought this for home I use it everywhere This is the most reliable and easy to use of all these types and the price of the tape cartridges is good plus lots of colors available Definitely worth the money

Quality label maker that is easy to use.
I had a Brother P-touch label maker for about 9 years before it died. I bought a replacement and the label cartridge goes in so easily. You have to press the Print key and then hit the return key for the label to start spitting out. The tape is easy to peel off. Works every time with ease. Excellent and compact label maker.
