nice quality
I got very nice quality items but the string lift could be a little taller if want to set a new blank bridge for marking . over all Im satisfied and recommend.

Use for changing bridge on violin
The lifter is good. I can change my bridge “on the fly” without taking the strings off of my fiddle to do it.

This is not functional as designed. Curious it made the market. Because we buy . Dont
Junk. Design is flawed. Screw was stripped. BECAUSE it jammed from the start. And under the force of the strings it was concrete. Impossible to raise or drop!? Save the frustration of returning this item as any intelligent shopper would return it. I did and i really dislike the return game. I purchased a hemler string jack from international violin ( been in business since like 1868) cost $33 but it works like a charm.

Its junk
string lifter broke on first use. It never actually lifted just cranked down and wouldn't go up until the brass screw snapped in half. Poor quality.

The Violin String Lifter does not work! Do not purchase this thing. The thing is stripped out and does not work!
