I find it telaxes me,and allows for a good steady sleep

Works well for sleep. Initially got it for sciatic nerve pain but have not felt ant relief from it as of yet. It does put you to sleep though.

We have been using this product for 6 years and have no reason to switch! Great relaxer and helps you sleep better.

I use this for anxiety primarily, but it helps to fall asleep faster as well.

I opened up the bottle and smelled nothing. Checked the expiration date and it wasn't expired. I took it anyhow thinking that maybe they found a way to mask the way valerian smells. About a week later my nerve pain returned and I knew it wasn't working. I went back to my old brand.
