Waste of money
I took these for over two months. There was no significant change in anything bloodwork all came back the same as it always does. The doctor said it was a waste of money.

Numerous times I have found an empty capsule in the bottle, so than it is minus one dosage. Not ok. These are expensive.

Recommend for Hashimotos
I have been diagnosed with hashimotos disease since it was 18 (35 now). I have been able to manage it pretty well through my diet and lifestyle, I added these to my routine 3 months ago. I noticed more energy and a use it as a way to maintain my balanced iodine levels. I usually get these checked once a month to make sure they are normal levels. As someone who has been through it all with low thyroid problems, I recommend these.

Doesn’t seem to make a difference… but anyone with hashimotos will try anything that may help. Maybe it will help you 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ it doesn’t seem to hurt.
