Never installed it’s to nice I sold the car and kept the equipment

Purchased this product from a reseller, refurbished, should have known better. DO NOT purchase complete trash product that has known defects and stops working out of the blue. Zero customer service, seller told me I should explore getting it fixed.

So, if you you are looking for a self contained unit and not looking to be heard a block away, this is a great unit. I wanted some bottom in my mustang convertible (did not want to give up trunk space) and this is simply a great sounding bass unit, complementing by factory premium system. I did not want to do modifications to the car and feed input from the rear speakers. Very satisfied with the resulting sound which you can really feel. I placed it behind the drivers seat as didn't want to put it under the seat as my concern is that all amplifiers tend to overheat and under the seat was tight.

Sure, this is a bit of a compromise to save space at the expense of the audio quality you would get with a full size sub, and no way will this shake the neighborhood, but that being said, once you get everything set right this thing is excellent for what it is and I'm more than happy with it for my needs. I'm running a decent system, Audiofrog components biamped on a kicker key with a kenwood 303 hu and this sub gives me all the thump I need without taking up my back seat. It does not fit flat under the front seat in my jeep Liberty so I did not bolt it down as instructed, but I don't hear rattles or have any other issues. I have to wonder if the passenger seat feels the bass the same way I do. Maybe I should plan on a second down the line although that maybe overkill. Will update if for some reason this has issues but so far so good!

I have the HS8 and HS10 under the back seat of my Ram. The 8 sounds decent but the 10 has more punch for bass drum, which is what I like. I don't recommend for super bass for Rap or Hip Hop stuff. It's not for that. It's perfect for Hard Rock that I play. I had a 10 inch Kicker subwoofer and separate Kicker mono amp that I ran 2 ohms which made it 300w and I sent that back cause I didn't like how it sounded, and got these. For me it's much better.

Very nice unit. I'm waiting for my adapters to show up for the RCA cables. I like that it includes its own wiring harness but the remote wire is only about 2ft which means I had to extend it to hook up to the back of the head unit and the it has 4 speaker wires instead of RCA cables but the first thing they recommend is the adapter that they sell. Charge another $15 for this unit and include what's needed. Once I get thr adapters I'll see how it sounds

I have the 8 inch in another vehicle sounds pretty good but this 10 blows it away. I am amazed the bass ,and it's a solid hit, sounds like I have a big box with 2 tens in the trunk. I have this under back seat in 2024 toyota tacoma. Right in the center fits perfect. Only use the fuse holder at the battery thats provided in this kit. Using a large fuse junction will mute the power output. I found that out. The bass is sharp and punchy . I listen to rock so this works great .
