Very well made ice bath and looks great too! Comes with everything you need to get started and a insulated lid to keep it cool when not in use. I’ve heard many good reports about using ice baths and this one is a good way to get started as it’s great quality and a bargain at the price and it can be quickly and easily dismantled when not in use.

My initial concern about the size disappeared as I, standing at 5’10” and weighing 99kg, found it spacious and comfortable. The build quality is solid, and though it's durable, I did encounter a minor issue with the inflatable rim, which was quickly sorted.Maintaining the temperature can be challenging during the warmer months, but the thermal lid does an excellent job of keeping the water cool for longer. I've incorporated this into my post-gym routine, and it’s been fantastic for muscle recovery. The side drain and extendable hose make emptying simple, allowing me to recycle the water for my garden, an added bonus! Very straightforward to set up. The material is of good quality. I've not had any leaks. A very good size. Fits me perfectly. Packs away after very easily. Very happy with the price.

. This one is far far better than last year's - really nice size. Keeps water much colder - especially with the thicker lid the new model has. Nice and cushioned and feels like it will last multiple seasons.Amazing value for money would 100% recommend. 2 friends have now purchased and equally as happy!

I have been watching a lot of videos where people encourage to try cold plunge. I have never ever tried and was excited to us it and it took time for me to get used to it and I must tell you it feels amazing and does relax and lovely to have if recovery is your concern.. definitely try it and for easy to .. quality is excellent

Original item was faulty - couldn’t even fully assemble and was impossible to repackage in original packaging which I always worry causes more waste.
