Thusfar it seems to be effective. I seem to have a bit more energy. But, I also have been taking Ceylon Cinnamon for better blood sugar. I'm not sure which supplement gets the credit.

Bought this on a friend's suggestion. I struggle with autoimmune issues and am in the constant pursuit of finding what does and doesn't work. Though I still seem to succumb to illness easily, I do think this has helped some. The most notable difference has been with my seasonal allergies which drastically reduce if I take this consistently. It is now a part of my daily supplement routine.

Summary: Ordered these supplements for my wife. Earlier this year, I ordered the products at the bottom of this review, to have on hand for a covid mitigation (e.g. would take them I came down with covid). These supplements will also be a good boost for immunity. Observations: This current batch appears to have less of the extra ingredients as those ordered earlier; specifically they mainly have Quercetin, Vitamin-C and Zinc (some have Bromelain). This would work well if you already take a complete multi-vitamin Recommendations: When it comes to medicine, we're very much sticklers for Made in the USA, with independent product testing. The best place to find that is the Product Details section, under "Country of Origin"; however, it seems that there is a 50/50 chance that the field has been correctly filled-in (most times, that field is not displayed). Other times, the seller will add a product image to denote the country of origin. Pros: medium sized dose of Quercetin (800mg); made in USA (per product image) Cons: Origin not listed on Amazon page Conclusion: At $13, rating this 4-stars (medium dose, origin). I would highly recommend the NUTRIFLAIR below (higher cost, but also higher dose).
